Fun on the Frozen Fairgrounds [2/15/2020]

Rusk County Rusk County is having a two part event starting on Saturday, February 15th with Fun on the Frozen Fairgrounds! Starting at 11am, the Saturday event has face painting, a model airplane show, lawn mower races, a bean bag tournament, and live music in the evening, to dance the night away! On Sunday, February 16th the fun continues with a pancake breakfast before the Fun on the Frozen Ice Fishing Contest! The 33rd Annual Ice-O-Rama Ice Fishing Contest. Participants can fish anywhere in Chequamegon Bay. Begins Saturday, March 7 at 5am, ends Sunday, March 8 at 12pm. All fish must be registered by 12pm on Sunday. Cash prizes for five categories of fish, plus cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd largest fish in each category. Sponsored by North Wisconsin Rod & Gun Club. Washburn County Wolf Point Bar & Grill is hosting their 40th Annual Gull Lake Ice Fishing Tournament. Come out for a day full of fishing and fun.
